Salty twist puff

Hi Friends, 
    Thanks for all your prayers & wishes. I am back from my shrot break & happy to share my bundle of joy with you all. I delievered my second baby Boy On march 10th  and we named him ANISH. It is a planned C-section & we both doing good.
     For a quick start, I am with simple recipe here which can be done very easily & taste good too..


 Ingredients:

Puff pastry sheet - 1 box
Chat masala -1/4 tsp + For sprinkle ( Can use any masala of your choice)
Butter - For Coating

Method:

  •  Thaw puff pastry sheet for 40 mintues or according to package instructions.
  • Line a cookie baking tray with parchment sheet & keep it ready.
  • Dust the rolling surface with little flour & gently roll the pastry sheet to stretch it little bit.
  • Cut the sheet into strip about 1"wide by 5" long and gently twist to bring it 
  • Melt the butter & mix 1/4 tsp of chaat masala to it & mix well. 
  • Brush each twist with the melted butter mixture.
  • Bake at 400 F for about 15 ~20 minutes until golden.
  • If needed sprinkle chaat masala & enjoy with Coffee or Tea..
