Garlic creamy sauce is a ready to go dip / sauce with chips, pasta and seafood which gives extra flavor to our dishes.. There are several methods to prepare this sauce but below method which I have shared is very easy with less ingredients with out compromising any flavour or taste. Preparation time: 5minutes
Cooking time: 10 ~ 15 minutes
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 ~ 6 smoked garlic pods
Salt and pepper to taste
- Refer here to smoke garlic. Peel and mash it in to fine paste.
- Heat cream in a sauce pan at medium heat, add mashed garlic and mix well.
- Bring this mixture to boil to thick sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy with chips, veggies or with any pasta..
