Smoked Garlic Creamy Sauce

                  

               
              Garlic creamy sauce is a ready to go dip / sauce with chips, pasta and seafood which gives extra flavor to our dishes.. There are several methods to prepare this sauce but below method which I have shared is very easy with less ingredients with out compromising any flavour or taste. This recipe goes to Blogging Marathon started by Srivalli under the theme "Smoked Dishes".

Preparation time: 5minutes

Cooking time: 10 ~ 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup heavy cream

4 ~ 6 smoked garlic pods

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Preparation:

• Refer here to smoke garlic. Peel and mash it in to fine paste.

Cooking:

• Heat cream in a sauce pan at medium heat,  add mashed garlic and mix well.
• Bring this mixture to boil to thick sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
• Enjoy with chips, veggies or with any pasta..
