Aam Ka Abshola / Minty Mango Drink

Aam Ka Abshola / Minty Mango Drink

If  you are a mango lover then you are going to go mad on this drink. Yes this super tangy refreshing drink, tickle your tongue and beat the summer heat.. You can prepare the syrup and store it in refrigerator for a couple of weeks and be good for 2 ~ 3 days at room temperature.  Sharing this recipe for Blogging Marathon under the theme "Cook from cookbook" and I adapted this recipe from Sanjeev kapoor cook book" Drinks & Moctails".  To make it more interesting Valli has narrowed down the theme with list of ingredients (Toor dal, Channa dal, Jaggary, Pumpkin, Pear, Strawberry, Ripe or un ripe mangoes, Bottle gourd, Greens, Milk, Paneer) and we have to choose atleast two ingredients from the list and choose the recipe from the book with selected ingredients. For this recipe, I have chosen Raw mango and Green( Mint) combination from the list...  Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM# 29

I like the taste of green drinks, if you have ever tried a shot wheat grass juice, you know exactly what I’m talking about! On the other hand, there are few people like me, who like the taste of green drinks.
