Chocolate Banana Cake

I had few banana's at my kitchen counter top, which is ripen, and no takers for them. Usually kids drink banana smoothie before going to school. But past couple of days they didn't go for smoothie rather they asked for hot drinks and some breakfast goodies. So made some kids friendly goodies where I can sneak some veggies and fruits in them. Will share those recipe in coming weeks. Today I am going to share chocolate banana cake, which is my favorite cake learnt from a TV show, in my initial days of baking. This versatile recipe, adapts easily to egg less version by replacing eggs with 1/2 cup mashed banana. Lets get into recipe!

  1. The different mold looks very cute and the cake is so nicely done! I always save the over ripe ones for the banana bread. I have infact lost count of how many banana breads I still have to bake!
