Paal Pongal

by - January 20, 2020

Paal pongal is a traditional pongal prepared during Pongal festival using newly harvested rice in South India. Paal Pongal is prepared only with salt and offered to God.  But different family follow different version of this Pal pongal. Some offer sweet pongal and some offer salt pongal in spite of sakara pongal. I have shared both of the recipe here.
